If the best success stories start with a challenge, this local beauty brand is no different. Armed with a great collection of mineral products, but crippled by a lack of marketing expertise, the brand needed a team to help introducing it to the market while tapping into a larger target audience through repositioned communication and digital strategy. Selling their all-natural products since 12 years ago and bringing it to e-commerce since 2018, however, their growth was slow and they were struggling to get positive ROAS.

The beauty and cosmetic market is packed with thousands of brands offering similar products. Introducing its brand positioning as the all-natural cosmetics made from minerals, we had helped make this brand known and trusted by many through various campaigns.
The campaigns involve the execution of monthly payday sales, bundle sales, educational posts focusing on makeup tips, product awareness and many more. We focused on attracting more consumers while taking care of the existing customers with special benefits and promotions.
