Innovation as an integral element to KWSP
Over the years, KWSP had undergone various measures of improvements from service provision to adopting innovation into its services. Since June 2014, Sym World Innovation Sdn. Bhd. was engaged to assist KWSP with the company's marketing exercise and refining communication tools for better efficiency. We were also tasked to introduce the i-Akaun application to the masses, armed with the tagline KWSP service “has never been easier” in order to drive public interest towards the idea of convenience. An extension to the pre-existing ATL campaign, our main priority was focused on educating and encouraging KWSP members in downloading and utlising the i-Akaun application.

Customised integrated media strategy to drive engagement
We executed an integrated media strategy via newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, out-of-home and online media - a combination of advertisement, advertorial and editorial content to disseminate the message and shape the company in a dynamic and modern direction. With a singular aim to create awareness and drive interest, we optimised the campaign reach and frequency by tapping into advanced digital marketing audience targeting technologies and best practices in digital content marketing in order to target specific groups via different devices. The presence of a strong and clear call-to-action further pushed for a quick desirable outcome that helped achieve the campaign's KPIs.
